The enclosed map of the state of Missouri and the CTCSS regions was approved by the Missouri Repeater Council, Inc. at its annual meeting on September 12, 1998, as a guide to those who want to use CTCSS on their repeaters.

The purpose of this map is to "suggest" a regional CTCSS tone frequency for those repeater owners who want to use CTCSS either on the output or both input and output.

Please be aware that this is NOT a manditory assignment. If we can get most of the repeater owners to convert to CTCSS input/output, then we can begin to put co-channel and adjacent channel repeaters closer to each other. This will open more repeater pairs.

If you have any questions concerning this plan, please contact the state frequency coordinator or one of the assistant coordinators.
